If you are interested to attend the conference you should fill in a Registration form and send it to organizers at: elica@scas.acad.bg no later than 20^th September 2009. The registration form and fee for the conference are only for visitors. The lecturers don't pay participation fee, they fill in only the application form in Call for Papers section.
